Hydration Level Suggestions:

Hello Day Z Community, I have a suggestion for the game that might help an experienced player who hasn't gotten their hydration, or for the noob who hasn't found a cola can, ect.

Well, I had this idea because, when I first started the game a couple of days ago, I felt very strange without water. I tried searching houses, and I couldn't find any cola cans, or a canteen. I've seen many ponds, and I have found that I couldn't fill up my hydration level by drinking from said pond WITHOUT a canteen. That would be my first suggestion: Add the consumption of H2O without a canteen. Drinking from the pond without a canteen is possible, but you cannot do this ingame. I think that, you should be able to fill up an Empty Whiskey Bottle full of water, and drink that, or MAYBE just add drinking from a pond, without a canteen or bottle. I think that if someone did drink from a pond without a canteen/bottle, it should take much longer to fully hydrate.

Now, my next concern is rain in game. The second day I played Day Z, I found myself with a bunch of friends, trying to scavenge towns to find drinks. We were all severely dehydrated, even though it was raining outside. In real life, I think that if someone were severely dehydrated, they would look up into the sky and try to catch a couple of the raindrops xD. I think this could be a minor additive to the game: If someone aims their camera into the air when it is raining, you could regenerate your hydration level VERY VERY VERY slowly.

Also there is the alternative to drinking piss, like Mr. Grylls.

I like this idea. Except the part where I drink my own piss. Besides that, it sounds reasonable.

I can't drink out of water with my bare hands? What, do they disappear upon touching water? No comprendo.

My goodness I just spent 3 hours looking for water.I found so many water well pump things but no option to drink.This is a must have since all I found was loot after loot spots of empty cans.I will say it felt very realistic that the loot drops were very VERY little.But dying from thirst after so many zombie attacks thwarted and running from a psycho or two while running into water sources...it was sad to go like that.
