louist 163 Posted February 4, 2014 What I meant was that it was a clear indicator to who was a threat and who wasn't. I have to thank the developers that the skins haven't made their way into the game and they're allowing us a range of clothes to customize our characters. :)In theory. In practice the bandit/hero system was largely meaningless. There were simply too many grey areas, and getting the bandit skin was as easy as defending yourself from attackers, and as difficult to remove as finding a gillie suit or other clothing. I've been shot on sight by heroes, and I've gotten bandit skins for defending fresh spawns in Elektro. They were not a good indicator of someone's actions. dullkn1fe 2 Posted February 4, 2014 I surely did play the ol' mod. Quit after I joined a server and found a very nice fellow who gave me this big white box with everything a dullknife could want, on a daily basis. We would also have helicopter races and such. Was fun for a few weeks or so, then it got a little boring. Looking forward to the ghilli suits making a comeback!
