Quick question on poor FPS

Hi guys, 

 

I done a search and have tried all the tweaks, I just want to make sure I am not missing something..

 

I just forked out for a monster PC, specs below

 

i74930k corsair liquid cooling

GTX 780ti

16 gig ddr 

200gig SSD

Windows 8.1

 

I get around 20 - 25 fps in cities like elektro.

 

Is it just the game that is so poorly optimized or could there be something wrong on my end?

8gb ram @ 1866
system ssd 240gb

everything smooth between 120-40 fps

since my system is weaker than yours  but running fine
it is either your software or your rig is configured wrong
(thermal compound wrong etc.)
maybe your rig ist too hot and clocking down

please post your cpu and gpu load and your temps

Next patch will probably help you significantly. They did a great deal of optimization specifically around nvidia and Intel
