Vanrick 7 Posted February 2, 2014 Was messing around Cherno in a hardcore server when I decided to pay the fire station a visit. Four fire extinguishers like usual and some other crap. All of a sudden I hear someone's gear moving around (I was on the bottom floor and the noises came from above) so I creep out of the station; I swear I had looked at all the windows first. At first I though it was the game shuffling through sound effects like usual, but I stayed cautious just in case. I sneak back in through the back entrance and guess what? There is a little server hopping turd in the corner of the stairwell looting; he was also quite unaware of my presence. I executed him with one revolver shot from point blank range and simultaneously ruined every item he had.Listen carefully unknown looter, if you weren't server hopping (doubtful) then you logged out in a fire station to continue playing later; which is very very stupid. Log out in a bush somewhere next time if that was the case. tl;dr: Caught someone server hopping, but he might of just logged back in from his previous session. musketeer 33 Posted February 2, 2014 This is kind of a... junk post I suppose? There's dozens to posts addressing random players that serve no real purpose. If that happens you wait for the server to come back up and log back in on that server or find a low pop server to move to a safe place to log back into the original server. Etherimp 1323 Posted February 3, 2014 Snipe the north hill of Balota, and watch as the CLOSED Barracks doors open, and a server hopper comes running out of them.. yeah.. people log out inside barracks..
