no clouds ingame

i cant seem to get clouds turned on ingame ive tried defaulting config and reinstalling dayz now also when i use aa it removes the grass no matter what alpha to coverage i pick any suggestions on how to fix this problem be much appreciated i think the settings are bugged. :(

its not game breaking but i like the visuals personally to be in the game im sure the swlayercount is related to the clouds which ive set for very high think its 128 (swlayercount=128) i would like to get them back into the game is all .
