server resets evey 5 mins?

Iam on a test server right now,1st time having a bash at the test servers. ip is 69.162.83.204:2314/// I just want to know why the server keeps resetting every 3-5 minutes? is there a reason behind it at all, because, even though I understand it is a test server, cant really test a whole lot if every 2-5 minutes it closes, then re-opens. Can you atleast explain why this may be happening? Or is this normal for test servers? :) cheers in advance

You mean it is marked experimental and has a later version (782)? If so the servers on epxerimental are under heavy load during the day, so mabe its that.

Otherwise its a troll/farm server.
