Exactly that. I had a couple videos of this visual thing, the video i posted shows it the clearest, you can see the windowsill and the telephone pole. The entire house seemed to be weaving back in forth in the wind. Not sure if it was some kind of character animation? Or a visual bug. Only the house seemed to be moving, have never seen it before.

I've noticed this a few times before that some houses and metal sheds seem to move with the wind like a tree.
