One central sever, that can phase players/ objects/ or anything in and out of instances with each other based on location.. Ever played the game Defiance? byrgesen 1340 Posted January 30, 2014 Well as far as i know BI are hosting several DayZ servers atm :)But what you are talking about, is a fundamental re-write of the entire game engine mate.Dunno if they want to go down this road. The only "centralized" thing we have is the HIVE, which all servers has to connect to, to save and load characters, future vehicles and all that stuff :) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
