Mouse Does Not Work- Any Issues?

Mouse does not work at the game menu....at a total loss. if i scroll around, i highlight menus slightly and then it disappears.

 

any suggestions how to fix?

have the same issue, have adjusted resolutions and mouse sensitivity but issue still persists.  any suggestions?
