What keyboard configs do you use?

I see a lot of people on streams can easily switch to 3PP, especially 3PP with the side views. What config do you guys suggest for replacing the Enter + Num default so I can easily look all around me in 3PP while running?  I have a Logitech G105 KB and a G700s Mouse.  Thanks.

in DayZ i just look around with ALT, but in similar situations in other games - like different cockpit views - i found logitech g13 and razer nostromo working quite well. i got rid of the nostromo because it doesnt quite fit my hand size, will be getting an orbweaver stealth soon for testing, but generally, having a peripheral with a d-pad or hat switch is really great

 

edit: i do realize that suggesting an expensive peripheral isnt quite the answer you were looking for.. but maybe its worth a consideration :)

I have the Logitech G400s and use the "back" button (right above the thumb) to look around.

 

For switching between FP and 3P I use the "B" button because sprint is assigned to "Space" and I recon it is helping me out to have the B for switching camera mode. Just a tip, the button layout needs a little tweaking to fit you perfectly :)

For moving your head to look around, I always use the side button on my mouse, as you will be doing a lot of this.

You can just hit Alt with your thumb, that's a complete waste IMO.

 

I use toggle view on mouse4 and talk in direct on mouse5. I have page up and page down on the other side of my mouse so they come in handy for rifle zeroing.
