Textures are white

Hello everyone anyone know why some of my textures are white including, around my feet, sides of roads, some bushes

My specs: intel i5 2400 3.0 ghz, 4gb of ram, intel hd graohics 4000

My settings;

80%

Textures very high

Objects very high

Terrain very high

Clouds disabled

Shadows low

Antialiasing disabled

Ambient occlusion low

Smaxx very high

I get good fps for some reason even with my specs apart from the occasional stutter and this bug

i have it too sometimes, but i don't really mind it as it disapears after 10 minutes or something.

Do you have this bug constantly?
