Friendly or No KoS servers. really?

So I was hunting around for a day server because many of them are night now and when I found one it was a Friendly no KoS server, never actually played on a server where its not exactly a free for all. So I was thinking "do people actually follow this rule or is this some cheap joke?" It was a 40 person server and there were 39 online, I didn't run into anyone  so i guess what I'm interested in hearing is if anyone has any good "Friendly No KoS" server stories? or is it just a plain jane zombie killing only thing? Do people really follow these rules?

I imagine a few do but its open to be abused at any minute when you encounter the wrong person on the server to test its validity.

I join them to get some easy kills/practice in. They can't do anything to do expect for kill you back lol. And if I;m not mistaken isn't it against the server renters agreement to say say PvE/Friendly/No KoS?

Dunno, but for now it's against the rules to kick / ban people for anything other than confirmed cheating or likewise if people use public hive. Any suggestion about gamemodes in the server name itself is, so far, just one thing. A suggestion or wish.

Right, I wasn't really sold on the fact that you would get booted or something for just playing the game. Basically I was 90% sure its just a pseudo law, where you're suppose to follow it in respect for the server but nothings gonna happen if you don't. Still that 10% of me was like "If i kill someone I'm gonna spawn on the coast again.."

join no pvP server begin to execute carebear and see how many I kill before kick and ban happen :thumbsup:  :rolleyes:

Long and short, they can say that all they want but to actually enforce is a breech of the rules I bleieve and the server can be closed without any refund
