Weapon cleaning damages the weapon.

Last night I used a pristine weapon cleaning kit  on a pristine M4, just to make sure i keep it in good shape and surprisingly weapon has gone to worn status right after i clean it.

 

After seeing that, I tried on another weapon, same result. It became worn too. I mentioned this over TS (This is alpha testing and we test!) and friends gave it a try too, same result. 

 

 

So I report here; You should not clean your weapon if you want them to be in good shape...

Did you make sure that the cleaning kit was in pristine condition? If it's anything but, then it will damage your weapon. That's what I'm finding to happen at the very least.

I used the word of report as announcing to others for not trying. But you are right about search, I should have done that first. Regarding to the 3 days delay; When you work 60-65 hours in a week, you can only play Holly Friday nights!

 

 

Anyways, dont clean your fucking weapon. Even pristine cleaning kits damage them.

After making few shots. You need to clean your weapon to protect it from rusting. It is not a repair kit, it is cleaning kit.

Well it's already been posted a million times and it was annoying after the first extra time.

These are the reason that bugs can't be handled as fast, people post the same things over and over in the wrong place.

'Poor baby diddums' isn't annoyed, 'poor baby diddums' is a moderator on the bugtracker and is meant to sift through reports like this day after day after day and after reading the millionth report on the same issue because OP is incapable of going through the correct channels and USING THE SEARCH FUNCTION gets VERY annoying.

Dude, i don't know if you saw but I sad I was sorry and you guys are right about search. But the main goal of my topic was keeping players informed to not clean their weapons not creating more drama.

Because the "use search function" police are normally wannabe moderators that hope if they act like one long enough they be made one,

 

I believe on an unconscious level they desire bit of importance and power over others probably stemming from an unhappy life or being bullied in school.

 

That's how I see them anyway :D.

 

Anyway OP thanks for posting I had noticed this too, good to have it confirmed oh and I found this post by using the search function.
