Have Daytime servers been fixed yet?

I'm a new player to the standalone and as much fun as nighttime is...the FPS is dramatically worse than in Daylight.

 

I noticed with the new patch, even connecting to a different timezone yielded only nighttime...or even servers labeled as 24/7 dayttime were dark...

 

Has it been fixed or is this permanent?

I've come across a few servers that are 24/7 Daytime resetting every 2hr's.

 

I forget the one I am on, but usually if you find a server that say's Daytime in it's name and it's practically full 40/40 or close to it, you can count on it being fixed.
