Are they going to fix the ruined ammo so that it won't work?

I wonder if it's going to get fixed. I hope not because then there would be no point to killing someone for anything.

I'd imagine ruined ammo will jam your weapon. I know ruined magazines don't work at the moment (.45 pistol and m4), you will only hear a clicking sound when you try to fire.
