No servers showing up on server selection screen?

Anyone else experience an issue where you don't see any servers when you go to select a server?

 

I still see the servers in the history and favorites but not on the main "internet" tab?

 

I checked and I have no filters

 

Anyone know what can cause this

I had this issue earlier today. Re-downloading the game didn't work, but then I turned off my antivirus program (figured it might be blocking it) and also opted into the beta version in the settings. I'm not sure which one fixed the issue, but the next time I loaded up the game it was fine.

I have this issue from time to time. Usually after refreshing the servers too much. I've found that if you wait a little while, the servers eventually pop up and then readily show up again on consequent refreshes. Not sure why this happens.
