enlgma 16 Posted January 24, 2014 Seriously, whats wrong with some people? I just have looted a house in elektro, i had 0 gear (not even cloths). I walked into a house with a closed door, walk up until the first stage and there we go. Two guys fully suited with m4's picking up something from the ground and insta shooting, they killed me within 2 secounds.They just spotted me and started to insta shoot. What is wrong with DayZ players nowadays? , this is not the first encounter with people KoS'ing for no reason, even if you have no gear. Im playing alone right now because my people are at work. Others may have already experienced the reality that even a guy with nothing but his fists can kill you if you are not careful and so just don't want to take any chances anymore. When you run into people about all you can do is TALK to them and hope for the best. if someone talks to me I will respond even if I will still be very cautious. If they are silent even when I talk to them I will assume the worst and defend myself. That way if you find somebody like those two again, instead of walking inside, just stay outside out of sight and and announce on the mike that "your group" has the house surrounded, and that they should lay down their arms and come out with their hands over their heads. Gekkonidae 270 Posted January 24, 2014 I just walked up to a guy about 10 mins ago who begged for his life for seriously about 2 minutes. I had a sawed-off pointed at him. All he had was an axe. I never said a word. To my surprise, after going up a flight of stairs, I heard a noise behind me and realized it was a pair of zombies! (Prior to this, I didn't know zombies could go upstairs in the latest patch) Needless to say it scared the shit out of me and I quickly hacked 'em away with my splitting ax. I turn around to head further upstairs and there's a player standing RIGHT THERE with a firefighter ax! Instinctively, I swung away and landed a good hit which caused him to bleed immediately. I never KoS so I felt bad, and after creating distance between us, I apologized and offered to bandage him. :) Needless to say he wanted nothing to do with me and told me to go away haha. Oops! Window Licker 504 Posted January 24, 2014 TBH I'd shoot you too, I'm guessing you didn't know they where in there, therefore didn't try to communicate before ending up in the same room. There was little chance to assess the situation as a small delay might have been enough for you to close the gap and K.O one of them in term's of that it was their only chance of a clear shot before friendly fire would become an issue. shit happens Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Electro is the new hotspot for bandits and pvp(not sure if new or its always been like that but I started noticing how dangerous it is after the spawn changes).
