How to make the sawn off shotgun

OKay all this bickering and arguing about grammar aside;

 

Why do I want to saw (sawn) it off?

Is it more deadly at a closer range and do I lose even more range off it? Is the bullet spread wider?

 

When running with it in my hands does it make me run faster?  I think not cause even with a hand gun your player runs around like an extra chromosome has entered his body with anything in his/her hands.

I think items like a compass (unless its brought up and you are trying to "look" at it) a hand gun or smaller items should allow you to run full tilt as if you have nothing in your hands.

 

Anyone know the real in game benefits of the gun by doing this besides that it looks completely bad a$$.

lol tbh ive never needed to use it because im never in the scenario where im that close to another player

It takes up less space. There's no other advantages to cutting one down in real life either.

I think irl it's more about concealment rather than how good the gun actually is
