Hardcore vs Regular servers?

Hey, with the new patch we will have hardcore and regular servers but i could not find out what the differences are in detail? 1st / 3rd person and "some other hardcore configurations", but what exactly? Are they on the same hive or splitted?

Different hives, Regular has 3rd person, Hardcore has 1st person only. At the moment Hardcore servers have no loot spawning in military tents, most likely a bug since it wasn't included in the patch notes.

The hives are splitted.

And this leads to massive Characterreset-problems at the moment :s 

 

 

I don't know what the details of hardcore are, either. 1st/3rd Person is obvious though.

Neither does the Regular server I'm playing on. I haven't seen any loot in military camps since the patch.
