I voted performance because the others seem to be a few patches away from being fixed (like combat logging and the recent character wipes), but performance seems like the least likely to be fixed because it could very well be a limitation of the engine.  I play some pretty graphically-intensive games and never do I have to run them at low/lowest graphic settings - except this game.
