Anyone else having this problem?

So after the new update i was looking forward to spray painting my favorite weapon (the mosin) and i did into a lovely camo color but for some reason i can only "chamber" one bullet at a time into it, When i drag the stack of 18 bullets onto the mosin it just says "Chamber mosin 1910" (i think its 1910) And it loads 1 bullet, Does anyone know how to solve this?
