Mosin painting

It would seem that after I've painted my mosin, I can no longer "load" ammo, I can only "chamber" a single round. Is this a bug or was this intentional? If it was intentional, is there a way to prevent this from happening?

you can prevent THIS from Happening. Log off the game dont "Play" for 1 week and come back.

you can prevent THIS from Happening. Log off the game dont "Play" for 1 week and come back.
