Fps lag after update?

The new update made me go from 50-40 fps in elektro to 30-20 has it made anyone else have bad framerates? Also on the menu the fps goes crazy from 60 all the way to 30..

20-30 in Elektro is the way it has always been for me and is acceptable enough.

 

I simply can not go near any major cities without dropping massively.

 

But then again - all BIS games hate me, as I use AMD.

In this game is good. Although I have really huge fps drops aswel. I cant get higher then 50 even on open place, before update I was like 70+.

20-30fps in electro? Damn, I'm lucky to have that looking at the fucking ocean. Stupid shit machine.

 

Srs. I was in Electro the other day and I'm pretty sure it was running at 0.25fps at one point. I won't be going back in a hurry.

Same thing for me its playable just really annoying. it drops in frames real fast too making it skip. That started after this update before it was smooth as butter.
