25hz 0 Posted January 21, 2014 So, aside from the bugs in the game that I'd like to report, how do you get an account on the forum that specifically deals with the game problems, when that forum is broken and not confirming accounts, after multiple attempts? It reports this "Your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect." . . . which is a completely useless error message because it informs no one and gives zero direction to troubleshoot even something as simple as a login. Should also add that "or the tides in Hawaii may be too high or the specific gravity of the coolant in your radiator could be too low" as these two are also on the same informative level. Can't create a new account (using different ID) because all it gives is error #2800 (and doesn't explain that code either. It never sent the confirmation email the first time. Anonymous login doesn't work either, and clicking the forgotten password link says it sends an email, but that doesn't work either because an email never comes.
