I have an OffRoad Pickup, and a M249 SAW, so i want to create an armored vehicle, how can I?

You can not make armored vehicles in DayZ mod.

vanilla dayz mod, you can not. There is a mod of the mod Origins, There is some ability to armor vehicles. Epoch has some ability to add weapons to some vehicles.
