Getting killed by the game - game has reset/respawn my character

This has happened tome 7 times that the game has reset or respawn my character in the last 3 days - its pissing me off - i logged out normally from the dayz SA in cherno for example fully eqiup then the next time i logged in my character is stand on the coast with nothing - this happened 5 times.Twice my couldn't be loaded & be reset - what the hell !!

Dont mind be kill by plyrs but been to lose all your equip this way - is a joke even for a alpha.

Wonder if this has happened to other plyrs.

i know that feeling, bro  :)

try to avoid unofficial server's and add to favorites official server's then all will be fine

last time my character was wiped by server 2 weeks ago so it work! stay safe

inclined to agree, I never had random character wipes till one night i couldn't for the life of me find a decent server, always locked to 1pp or night time, on about my 4th or 5th server I got a new character, successfully replicated to get another new char, could be the new suicide....

I am not completely free of guilt; yes, I've hopped a few times in the past, but am not doing it any more.

 

However it just happened to me yesterday: I was on a server for some hours, then the server restarted. I waited until in came back up and received a message that was something in the line of "could not retrieve character information, creating new character. An administrator has been notified" and I spawned at the coast. It was late and I only ran a few meters, then logged off.

Today when I logged back in my original character was restored.

 

Wasn't so lucky the last time this happened.
