Adding a mission to Arma 2/Arma 2 OA?

I'm trying to add a mission one of my mates made to my Arma 2/Arma 2 OA.

But I cant seem to find it when I try and create my own server in either LAN or Internet.

 

Where do I add the files, and is there anything else I need to do after that?

You need to make sure you've saved it in multiplayer missions
