media url /media with the brackets. Also the link you posted is the feature so its funky to embed use this url instead https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RNsKCOcEMBM for your post.

haveing trouble sigh makes ya feel noob  also everytime i try to copy and paste it paste nothing ?

Sometimes copy and pasting from Youtube doesn't work (not sure why); I have the same problem often.
