Have starting items spawn in your backpack.

Currently, the backpack is unused immediately when you spawn. I believe game mechanics would work better if the items spawn in your backpack, and not on your person.

For one, it'd be hard to immediately start shooting people as soon as you spawn. You would have to transfer what you need, out of your backpack.

Second, it just makes more sense to me that your items would be in your backpack.
