Weapons question

Hello.

 

I have a couple questions.

 

First off, I have a 45 magnum and about 40 .45 bullets. How do I actually shoot the bullets? I equipped my 45 magnum, and when I tried to fire, it just clicked, so I tried putting the ammo and the gun together, but that didnt work.

 

Secondly, how come I have searched NEAF 6 times now and many firestations atleast 5 times, and have found no other gun besides the 45 magnum? I figured Id find an M4 by now. Where should I be looking?

The magnums take .357 ammo, and the fire station does not spawn many guns, try the control towers and barracks.

The .45 bullets don't go in the revolver, lol.

 

You'll need .357 rounds I believe.

 

To find weapons, I always go into the buildings are around the airfields, it has one entrance, and about 5 or 6 rooms along it. Each of the rooms have a bunk in it. EDIT: a barracks :rolleyes:

You need .357 revolver ammo for the Magnum.

Best bet is a military area for an m4. Nth west areas or NE airfield, also found one on the wrecked boat up that way

Haha, don't feel bad. I came onto the forums wondering why the 7.62 ammo wouldn't fit in a mosin. Turned out it could, I just didn't take it out of the box first :/

 

The NWAF is usually bandit heaven, be careful. Use the tree line for cover until you are right up close, go in, go out. as fast as possible.

7.62 = mosin

.45 = fenrex (need clip)

.556 = m4

To clarify: The revolver is chambered in .357 Magnum (will also fire .38 Special, but that's not in the game). The pistols we have currently are .45 ACP, and - incorrectly - need a magazine to function.We should be able to load a single round into the chamber of the pistol, but maybe that will be added in the future.
