Does alcohol tincture make you sick or diagnose you as sick?

Can't tell. Sick icon only comes up when I clean wounds, but it might just be telling me because I became aware.

I am already not sick (though my guy keeps moaning). I'm just curious.

It is a known bug and it will be fixed in the next patch due in about a week.

It diagnoses that you are sick. Currently it won't tell you are that you're sick until it start healing.

Yeah, it sets you at the 'recovery' stage of the sickness it cures, hence skipping the other stages if you're sick, but has the side effect of bringing up the 'sick' icon when you're not.
