or'dinii 28 Posted January 17, 2014 It is kind of funny, I have completely failed to foresee what would be the most annoying aspect of this game. That is sort of a new thing for me to be honest. Is it being KoS by another player (That includes being fully stocked on the good gear, Mosin with long range scope etc.)? Not by a longshot.Is it being reckless and falling off the roof of a building and dying, maybe even fully stocked like above? Not even close.Is it having your character reset when you log in? Nah, not really, after all it's early alpha... Is it spawning, then roaming for food and water for 2 hours straight and then die of starvation 100m from a house you can spot has probably not yet been looted? No, absolutely not one single item that is food. I've had about 10 characters in total, 5 have starved, 1 KoS'ed, 2 killed by accidentally jumping off roofs and 2 were reset by login. Going to lose a bunch more though, as I have some ideas I'd like to try out, like crossing the map in boxers and t-shirt without carrying a single item -.- Besides, sandbox games are my favourite and I have the patience of a stone, so it's not due to bad searching. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

herrjon 478 Posted January 17, 2014 Well water you can get pretty easily, but food can be rough if your luck is bad. If you check out the town you spawned at, and find a lot of the doors open and houses fairly empty, chances are it's been picked clean of anything useful. So get yourself a shirt, drink up, and rush inland. It may be better, or worse down the road. Loot tables are constantly changing, as are the loot mechanics.
