Getting sick from wounds

I don't know if this is already in or not,but i propose when you bleed there is a chance that your wounds could get infected and eventually get sick.The only way to avoid threat is to spray disenfecant spray on the bandage you use to stop the bleeding.

This'll be in eventually.  Right now it's bugged where you actually get sick from treating your wounds.
