I stumbled across a thread that everyone who has purchased or is thinking about purchasing the Alpha will find interesting. The following is a quote from DayZ Developer Dean "Rocket2Guns" after being asked if there will be an extra charge after purchasing the Beta or final version. "No, one payment gets the full game at the end. But I would recommend a very careful and critical review of whether purchasing now is such a good idea. There are many problems which can ruin your gameplay experience. These are being actively fixed - but if you delayed your purchase by a month you would pay the same price but it would be a better experience. Something to consider." So if this information may swing your vote for becoming an Alpha owner then I'm glad I've gotten your attention. musketeer 33 Posted January 15, 2014 You do know this has been discussed countless times already? People always worry, but it seems that, by default, you pay into an alpha, and get the full game.
