Server list by last joined time

Recommended Posts

I dont know if i'm being an idiot, but is there a way to know what server i'm in when actually playing? when things like bugs or restarts happen i'm never sure what server I was previously in, it confuses me more that the server selection at the main menu doesn't tell you the amount of time you last joined that server.

just add into your favorite server the one you like the most.

Don't think there is a way to tell

they should add it to the info when you press "P"

It was just an easier way to join by "last joined time" after restarts in the mod, rather than favourite every server you join or read a wall of text trying to remember what one you were in.

Though if you get disconnected from a server I think you just start the game from the main menu instead of clicking "Change server" it will take you to the last server you were in

Maybe the Server history in the server browser could better show this.. it does kinda show the last servers I have been in recently at the top of the list there.  There are only 5 servers that I frequent, besides our Clan server.  But the ingame server browser history does show the most recent server i've joined at the top.  Would be nice to see it ingame tho, as well..

In the file:

D:\System\Users\DJPorterNZ\DayZ Other Profiles\DJPorterdNZ\DJPorterdNZ.DayZProfile

Look or search for the lines:

lastMPServer="173.199.80.121:2302";
lastMPServerName="(Public/Veteran) - 1 www.deliciousdonuts.org";

This is the last or current (if you are in-game) server that you are on. There is no way I am aware of to get this information within of the client ATM.

PS: Your user name and path will be different from mine, but you're not all idiots I hope.
