R has very high standards and things do get rejected. Also, orphaned files and references are common in many alpha/beta buids and even in "gold" releases. Or did you want everyone to have either an M4 or a Mosin forever? Another fun way to look at it: More weapons and ammo types means less players with fully loaded weapons because they can't find the ammo for the weapon or the weapon for their ammo.
