I think it's a little much, that a syringe, and other stuff of equal size, take up as much space as for example a can of spaghetti. These items should be stackable, just like bullets, rags and other stuff.

I don't see your suggestion?

How would you resolve it? What would like to see? Why is it not the same size? Size doesn't equal packing space, as some things can be technically smaller, but take up more space, because you packed wrong.

While I agree there can be a bit of optimisation done I don't think Syringes and Cans are good examples, as there's always limitations to what a game can do and any game you come across - for example RPG's - that have the same system and I don't see anyone complaining there?

It's not just syringes...."and other stuff of equal size"...

Unused syringes would probably be packed in something to protect them, too..

I'll be honest, if I were to find a random syringe not packed in the plastic sealed packaging that you buy it in, I wouldn't dare use it.

I feel syringes and needles should be separate in packaging or unpackaged. The unpackaged versions will risk you in getting a viral infection unless THOROUGHLY cleaned and disinfected.
