Can't Play DayZ.exe System Error please help :'(

DayZ.exe - System Error The program can't start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

I don't know what to do, I never played DayZ and was hoping I could tonight. If anyone or a dev even sees this who can help I appreciate it. Thanks :)
