I have a question for anyone who wants to or has an answer for me...

Right, People who are playing the SA... Until the game is actually released, is this going to be the game? Or are we going to get updates, e.g when vehicles are sorted out, will there be an update for us so vehicles are on it? Or do we have to wait for release?

The current version will receive updates and eventually evolve into the final game.

We get it as it comes so yeah as updates happen we will get more features/content. We don't have to wait until release for the rest of the game

The game receives daily updates which include new features.

Im sure there will be no "release".

Updates aren't daily, they happen when they are ready.

I'm also pretty sure there will be an official release when the time comes.

The updates are as and when,

For an official release, probably once the updates are done an "official release copy" will be available at a higher price,

So if you buy now, you get the same product as the end, just cheaper !!!!

Yes, it will have an official release date, like where it's out of the Alpha state and people can buy the finished product?...

I would imagine that being BIS, they will treat this like their other releases. Arma3 was very bare when you could first 'buy in'. They will probably do the same things, (they have already started the pattern), release a few guns, items and clothing now, make sure the base functionality of these items work then release large content patches, with 80-90% of what's left, over time until Beta milestone. Beta is where they have the majority of the content in and want to see testing of everything. They shift to mostly patching functionality at that point but will still be adding smaller chunks of content along the way. The release patch will probably also have some 'final' stuff that adds a few more cooler items to the game. I could be very far off here but it does look like they are working the same pattern they used for Arma3.
