This is a rare way to get sick or did I do something wrong?

Ok so I used some Alcohol Tincture to clean my wounds and then I got sick. I did not consume it. Why would I get sick after cleaning my wounds?

If you are sick and use a cure...you get the sick message to say I was sick all along but now I'm getting better. You might be sick but you won't know it until you actually take the appropriate medicine.

I had sick for some time but it went away after like 5 minutes, so don't worry too much.

A friend told me today while playing that the alchol tincture is bugged and will do that.

I just turnred the game off after playing for 6 hours but right before I quit, my player said "my woulds feel better" or something like that. So I guess it will go away

This is correct, And you'll continuously get " My wounds feel better " Or " My wounds hurt less " and eventually " My wounds are clean now " indicating that your wounds have healed.
