Loot spawn - when?

I started playing yesterday, and Im loving the concept of this game (never played the mod).

 

But, Im having a hard time to find even the most basic loot (all I found so far was 3 rotten bananas :D). I read that this is because the loot is only spawning when the servers reset.

 

I tried to find information about when the loot will be 'back to normal', but had no luck. So, anyone knows? If this is not yet ready, how long it takes to the servers reset?

Get of the coast. Theres lots of loot inland. When I start a new character I find a well, then hed inland. Most of the time I dont even bother looting the buildings where I spawn.

Usually the servers reset every 4 hours, but this may vary.

Before loot respawn I think that we will have to wait for more server optimisation and main introductions to stress the servers so...who knows. Maybe weeks, maybe months...I imagine that they have other priorities :)

I went far from the spawn point (15 min running through woods and hills) and found 2 small hamlets, but still nothing to loot...My character will probably die because the lack of water. Someone said on other thread that servers reset every 4 hours or so. Maybe Im just unlucky or my server is very crowed.

you wanna head inland, maybe get yourself an axe and head to a fire station or police station to get a gun (army or air base if you're feeling lucky) :) from there you'll be laughing, stay off main roads, large towns and cities! you'll have less of a chance being picked off by bandits or drained by blood bandits and you'll have a great time surviving :)

Play on a small server with not too many people. Head straight in-land. Use road signs. Even though they're in Chernarussian they can show you the way  to a village

Im avoiding looking maps on the Internet, because I prefer to discover the territory by myself . So, maybe my journey to the inland (as I said 15 min running) was not long enough or I was running in circles :P .

There's signs on the roads, travel by roads (at least keep them in sight) and you'll reach towns (or follow power lines), you could be running for a good time if you just head out into the woods
