Just curious mousing over weapons in your inventory, they appear to always be blank for me? Do weapons not have quality just yet or?

No, there is no way to check condition of the weapon itself just now. Just attachments.

The M4 is entirely customizable so each part has a relative quality to it, Other guns that are all in one, Do not yet have the details, for statistics. 

So I assume they play like they'd be pristine for now.

yeah I agree I think it's implemented but not apparent, i'd a Mosin that would jam everytime i'd try and reload and was always off even though my accessories were all pristine, I swapped it for another that I found and the jamming stopped immediately..
