pteryx 14 Posted January 11, 2014 The mosin shoots to the left of where the crosshair is aimed, you can't reload it with the scroll wheel and it's bolt action and often doesn't kill in one shot. I'd rather have an M4 for anything closer than 75m. However if you prefer long distance encounters the mosin dominates. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
The Mad Titan 29 Posted January 11, 2014 The thing about the m4 is there isn't much down time. More rounds per mag. Reloading is very quick. With accuracy, the less power from the M4 doesn't matter. Shoot single shots and prone with bipod for long range. When the target is at a far distance I can get it killed as fast or faster then the Mosin. With the Mosin you are vulnerable often, especially in a fire fight where you have to reload. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
