Inventory Bug Issues

Anyone else have a lot of trouble with their inventory?

 

Items disappear - this really pissed me off last night because i fought a zombie, got hurt and needed the first aid kit i had.  Dropped the damn thing in the vacinity window like normal to open it up and it disappeared. I went unconscious 10 seconds later and had to respawn. Yes i know its alpha

 

Items will not move from vacinity to backpack/hoodie whatever

 

items do not show up on vacinity, even after dropping them and looking right at them

 

Items that i pick up do not show in my inventory right away, but appear later.

 

My first impression of the item management in this game is that it is clunky.  Maybe devs should take a look at stalker for some tweaking. Stalker and the associated mods had a great inventory system that never missed a beat in my experience.

I have definitely understood for a while you take a risk when dropping items on the ground or moving them into viscinity. Hopefully gets fixed soon, but to avoid losing items you are using don't put them in viscinity. If it is something like a first aid kit, put it directly in your hands to open it.
