Abusing M4 and Mosin bullet duplication glitch?

I do not like it but apparently I have read all the bugs related to weapons and found that there were two bugs, one for each weapon.

 

Not going into specifics but to those who knows what I am talking about, do you use this? Are the devs working on this? No wonder some people are spraying like there's no tomorrow.

As for a duping ammo bug. No real point it's all over in the camps. It's easyer to find ammo now then it was in the mod for months.

I went to the NWAF last night and at the back of one of the hangars was a random 300rd ammo box...inside were 300 rounds of pristine 5.56 NATO.

One time the server I was kinda lagged while I was trying to do loot Tetris in order to give more space in my backpack, and it ended up creating like 10 syringes. Still don't know how I did that.

When if you leave space in upper part of backpack then items randomly "fall" there.

Standalone right now is basically like early DayZ mod. All exploits that worked in DayZ mod (but were patched later) work fine right now in standalone.

You don't have to dupe to get that. I've had full 300rd ammo boxes (60 a stack) multiple times. Not even server hopping, since i hate everybody who abuses the game. I just tend to play on 20/40 ppl servers and airfields are usually untouched, since not even server hoppers hop to server where there is a big possibility that someone is at the AF :)

 

Ammo is so easy to acquire in SA, that i don't really see the point of duplicating it. If you are stupid lazy dumb fuck, then i can understand, you're special anyways :)

Totally agree.  I have a problem that makes me unable to walk away from a mag until I have emptied it into my inventory.  I played probably 8 hours (on one server) the last 2 days.  I have 1 ammo box with 600 rounds of 5.56 and another that is probably 50-60% (300+). I have also picked up some mosin ammo and I have like one stack of 45acp.  Not sure how to dupe.  I could have done it on accident, it is not like I keep an accurate count of my rounds as I pick them up.  Usually stop in the woods and restack them to 60 and see how much space I have.

If you find a bug, report it and move on. Worrying about who is exploiting what at this point, or trying to pressure the developers on their priorities, is just silly. I think it's really safe to assume they're not going to allow item duplication bugs to persist through Beta into release, so just put in your bug reports and keep playing.

You got those from another player.  Ammo boxes don't spawn with any bullets in them, much less 300.
