Cant preform any actions ingame

Today I logged in and cant draw my weapon or open doors etc....basically cant do anything but run around. So I google some and found this post on steam;

 

"Can't make any action

I'm stuck in this condition for over 4 days no matter what I do I cant make any action no to draw my weapon cant eat cant see the map can press tab and see my options of using the item cant open doors can jump over obstacles the only thing I can do is move that's it, I tried to uninstall but for nothing no matter which server I enter at first I thought maybe its because I got too many items in my backpack because I stuff it pretty tightly I think like no other player is doing but it happened after I went from server to server to try and find a day light server while I was at the military base and I just got stuck in this situation which at first seemed like another bug which you can't draw your weapon and do any actions for a few seconds when you enter the game but this is different

PLEASE HELP ME!!! i cant play the game for over 4 days find a solution :((((("

It's server lag find new server

If all else fails you could try reinstalling the game, but I doubt it would actually come to that. Try what spartan suggested.

I read somewhere that changing your steam name resets your character or something, you can try that
