What do these items?

1) Why is it not possible to combine powered milk with water like in the description? Not included yet?

 

2) How can I fight with the bayonet on my weapon? Not included yet?

 

3) How can I write with a pen on a paper? Not included yet?

 

4) On the map the outer north is pretty empty but shows a complex street network without any buildings. Is this area really without buildings or is the map not up to date?

 

5) Do all these little tools like hammers, pliers and wrenches something usable or are they pretty useless untill vehicle are added to the game?

 

6) Why do the whole purification tablets (97%) disappear when I'm using them for only ONE water bottle?

 

7) Is it useful to spray the bandages with antiseptic spray before bandaging myself?

 

8) Is there any item for reviving a dead person?

 

9) Can I kill myself with an overdose of tablets?

3. It worked on day 1. Not anymore though, apparently it's a bug or withdrawn feature for now for some reason.

7 is yes, the north is empty except a few buildings and lots of roads everything else does not work plus more such as rope and Walkie talkies for a full list and a new player guide click the link underneath this post. Nice English by the way (don't included yet is correctly phrased not included yet?)

Shame, I was gonna set up a bookstore and place a note in every building in electro telling people, I even managed to find 8 copies of reproduction through the means of natural selection, as well as the bible, the Russian learning book and 3 copies of moby dick.
