Log in to server, displays one colour graphics cant see nothing

Sometimes when i join a 2nd or 3rd server during my gaming time i log on to the server and the graphics just turns in to one solid colour becoming brighter or darker when i move around, cant see nothing at all.

create a bug report in the feedback tracker and attach a dxdiag and a screenshot of the issue, if you can reproduce it.

If you go into the graphics settings and back out, it should fix it. I have that issue every time I join a server.
