Friend stuck in an inescapable room and cant die.

Me and my friend bought DayZ and he jumped(running + V) over a bible and apparently went through a wall and now he is in a inescapable room and cant die(starve, thirst, ect.) Is there anyway to somehow kill him? or for him to respawn? He tells me the respawn option is greyed out and he cant click it

erm..... not sure about churches but i did glitch through a wall on the shipwreck and managed to escape by jumping back through another wall. I take it he may have tried that already though  :blush:

On a more serious note. Just run around and jump/vault against the walls, etc. Eventually he will get out.

Same way he got in there Running and pressing V. :) or try and logout next o the wall so he will spawn on the other side :p

We've tried that for around 30 mins before I made this post but no avail. I did find a rotten orange will that slowly kill him?

now, where he is, he should confess his sins.
seriously.. .. try to bring up his ping (and so his desync) with downloads etc. 
maybe a yellow or even red desync symbol will apear
..now he should try running against a wall and after some time he will glitch through.. 
(server will notice the walking and recalculate his new position)

i must confess (no pun intended) that this is a pretty awesome screenshot. generally, you should be able to glitch out the same way you glitched in, it worked for me with the new buildings that have a stair next to the toilets, which also have buggy walls. but i know from experience that its a PITA to find that one sweet spot that will allow you to pass through again..

Sprint yourself to death. Just double tab "W" and run against the wall until guy dies/goes unconscious.

I had this happen to me in a building in Elektro...I just sprinted at the wall, and then pressed alt+tab.. if this doesn't work, I'd suggest doing what someone else has said, and just load up your ping with downloads/torrents/animal porn until it lags to shit, and then run and vault at the wall.

If die is an option, just leave the game opened before sleeping or something, the starving or dehydration will kill it.

Or you can do what they are saying, just get your ping high and try to glitch out again, it worked for me.
