I think I found the rarest item in the game so far

I have found just about everything multiple times by now except the press vest, which spawns in very specific places. 

 

But last night I found a red dot sight attachment for the FNX45 that I have never seen before. And by that, I mean I have played a good 45 hours and watched a fair bit of streams/Youtube and have NEVER seen the pistol sight before.

 

If you have one, you may have killed me :D

 

Press Vest is rarest for me.  I've never seen it.  The one place people tell me it spawns, I rarely run into.  That scope is probably the 2nd rarest for me.  I found it twice, both times it was in the back left of a hanger.

Can openers are common-ish, but they're hard to see and frequently spawn UNDER the floor in, say, the general stores. I can generally find one, though. The thing that bothers me is that in the image it's clearly NOT made from cast iron.

It's called a down jacket, and i've found 2 on the ship :) havnt found any other spawns for them yet

 

There not as much rare as they are to spot. 

Exactly right, same with the can opener, just a tip for everyone, if you want good loot ( most good stuff are small ) walk around with the tab open so you can see it in your vicinity not just with your eyes and trying to get it with your mouse

But! Could someone tell me where to find this red dot? Barracks? Police station? Firestation? airfields?

i tend to find press vests at Rify. That's apparently also the only spawn point found so far for(the most rare item?) the down jacket.

Haven't found a single blood test kit yet. Nor those red dot sights you speak of.

 

My character is stumbling over piles of can openers though. Found so much of those.

I have found 2 bloodtests in my 40+ hours. Both times I have been 0+ :(

Can openers I found randomly, on one server that had just restarted I found EVERY house in cherno having one, and then later I may play a week without seeing one.

Those pistol sights have seen at NWAF at least, oh and i'm wearing that press vest. Found it on Rify.

 

All those going to Rify be careful, that place is full of players now a days.It's like Balota all over again.

Can openers are tricky to spot:

 

 

PROTIP: They pop up in the hangars / big empty warehouse buildings, and it's easier to see them against the white floor (also a good place to find the tactical vest, which seems to be the same as the assault vest but black, and it looks less scruffy).

The SA Wiki describes a " Ballistic Vest " which can help protect you from small arms fire, stabs, and explosives. Has anyone ever had one of those? If so, does it have pockets like the assault/tactical vests?
